What To Expect When You Call Our Tech:
While our truck is fully stocked, it helps us serve you better if you can tell us the type, brand and approximate year of your appliance.
- When your service call is scheduled, whether online or by phone, we will call you the morning of your appointment to confirm. (We need a telephone number where you can be reached in case of anything unforeseen. We want to be sure we are in communication with you so you aren’t inconvenienced.)
- When we arrive, we will assess your appliance and give you an estimate.
- No work will begin without your consent.
- We will respect you and your home and leave our work space tidy and clean.
Our Rates
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. If you call or book online, we will get back to you within 48 hours.

- All jobs are done on a flat-rate basis using the National Major Appliance Price Guide instead of by the hour.
